Discretion Is Part of Our Work
How Zhao Ai Jewelry handles private inquiries, uploaded references, accessibility, and stored information.
Inquiry information is collected only to understand and respond to a bespoke jewelry request. The form does not request payment or budget information. Access is limited to the systems and people needed to review and respond to the inquiry.
Accepted inspiration files are stored privately and are not published on the website. Access links sent to the concierge expire after 24 hours, and newly stored files are removed if inquiry delivery fails.
The website is designed for accessible use. Requests concerning privacy, accessibility, or stored inquiry data may be sent to the published concierge address.
